Sub Inspector Sham Yedley identified the man as Shrikant Rathore, resident of Nitur in Nilanga tehsil. A case was registered against him after a person from the Maratha community informed the police, he said. Rathod has been booked under the Indian Judicial Code and the Information Technology Act.
