In the latest update in the death threat case against Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, Mumbai Court has extended the police custody of the accused lawyer. Mumbai Court on Thursday sent the accused lawyer to police custody till November 18. Let us tell you that the accused was detained in Raipur, Chhattisgarh on November 12 for sending threats to Shahrukh Khan.
Our reporter told us that the Mumbai Police team reached Raipur on Tuesday morning. Shahrukh Khan was threatened through a lawyer’s phone, which he claimed was stolen. However, currently there are many issues due to which Mumbai Police is dissatisfied and unable to get proper answers. Faizan Khan was summoned to appear at Mumbai Bandra Police Station, but he refused to appear. Ultimately the criminal will be detained in Raipur and produced in the court for transit remand. After this, Faizan can be brought to Mumbai by Mumbai Police.

How did it all start?
After Shahrukh received a threatening call from a person from Raipur, Mumbai Police registered a case and sent it to Raipur for investigation. It was revealed that the number from which the Bollywood celebrity had received the threatening call was registered in the name of Faizan of Raipur, whom the police had already interrogated. On November 5, actor Shahrukh Khan received threatening calls at Bandra Police Station demanding Rs 50 lakh. The person who sent the threat gave his statement to the police. According to lawyer Faizan, who practices in Raipur court, he filed a case in Raipur after the phone was snatched.
