How To Make Tomato-Garlic Soup In 15 Minutes

Ingredients: Tomato, garlic, black pepper, coconut milk, olive oil, coriander, water.

Step 1

Take a pan and add some olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add half-cut tomatoes and garlic pods and cook them.

Step 2

Once tomatoes and garlic are soft, carefully remove the tomato skin.

Step 3

Add water and blend the tomatoes with a hand masher, or electric blender or put it in a mixer.

Step 4

Boil the soup for a few minutes before adding salt, pepper and butter. If you want to add coconut milk, then add in this step, and give it a good boil.

Note: Garnish the soup with coriander and serve hot.
